Rebel House is definitely a couple of rungs above bar food fare. The service is more than adequate and friendly. The game is always on the TV. Make sure you sit on the back patio in the summer.

This Milanese chain is taking Soho by storm, but Princi is reportedly more popular here than it is in Milan - so, for what that's worth...
People talk ad naseum about the alluring sweets seen from the glass storefront windows, but I was drawn in by the abundance of breads studded with things like tomatoes, cheese and olives. I practically developed an addiction for their green olive breadsticks (SO good), before i FINALLY ate here properly yesterday...
I had bites of:
A radicchio salad with cauliflower and broccoli - it was ok, but its freshness was undeniably appealing.
A caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella the size of ice cream scoops - lovely.
Asparagus in a cream sauce - divine.
and for dessert - since this seems to be the what everyone goes here for anyway....
Passionfruit cheescake - creamy and tart, very refreshing, better than regular cheesecake.
Tiramisu - not the best, i didn't even finish my small slice.
Chocolate amaretto multi-layered cake with chocolate ganache and amaretti crumbles - divine.
High noise levels and difficult seating normally cost a place significant stars in my book, but the fact that you know what you're getting into when you walk in the doors means I can't fault Princi for being what it so obviously is - a loud, cafeteria-like restaurant, serving relatively inexpensive Italian fare with a swish streak.
Not to mention, I'm still addicted to those green olive breadsticks.

This place is good. I saw a few of them in the tourist area I came 2 times and both times were good - English menu and servers speak English well enough .. prices were same or cheaper then other spots in the are I recommend coming here .. Food - good

We came back to this tiny, delicious and affordable restaurant in Paris. Our meal was as perfect as last time. The crab salad was perfect, light and flavorful. We were served a nice slice of fois gras that came with an oniony fruit jelly and bread. It was rich but the flavors melded perfectly.
We choice the prix fix for $36 euro which was an appetizer and main. For the main, I had duck with a cherry sauce and vegetables served from a cast iron pan. It was very good, although my only complaint is that the duck was slightly tougher than normal. My husband had the quail with fois gras sauce and it was delightful. The sauce went very well with the meat and the vegetable mix on the plate.
Looking forward to returning to our favorite little Parisian spot on our next trip.
But the way, if u walk, it is a great place to start a long walk through the city past the Pantheon, down to the Luxomberg gardens and then continue walking to see many beautiful streets, u can even pass Notre Dam on your way to the musee Rodin. Nice starting point, nourish your body and then walk!

Last night in Paris and had a memorable meal. Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We had the anchovies for our appetizer and they melted in our mouths. Then we have the duck confit with potatoes and salad, delicious, and a classic Parisienne salad, which was nice and light.
